No, not getting married, just finished up the Bride painting this weekend.
Was also able to do a couple more sketch cards while watching some football on TV with Nicki at night. Both are done in pencil.

Worked a bit more on my Vincent Price painting before it got late. I’ll post pics of it next week. Should be able to wrap him up this weekend and start on another. Got one-two more cartoon paintings to do before Thursday’s MSCA dinner meeting and our art show on Friday. Still have so much to do!
And speaking of the MSCA and the October 2nd art show, don’t forget that this Friday is annual Broad Avenue Art Walk. The Midsouth Cartoonists Association will have our show at Adam Shaw’s studio (I’ll have a few paintings up there), and Paula Cravens will have a photography show of tombstones as art at West Memorials (my day job). We did a couple stones for a sign for Paula’s show “Standing Stones”. They’ll be standing out front during the show.
The art walk is free and open to the public.
